The Photovoltree Project - The Final Stage

The Photovoltree enters its final stage. After four months since the teacher Paulo Ribeiro has entrusted to us the mission to develop a project related to electrical engineering, it is time to put the finishing touches. To better use the little time that remains until the final presentation, the team was divided into small groups: Calculation of the design and optimization of photovoltaic panels, work compilation in a report and offering a greater visibility of the project through the blog and page from Facebook. In addition, the contact to the photovoltaic panels providers to effect a feasibility study is being performed. Aiming the full commitment of the members in the completion of the work, in addition to the above explicit division, the team meets twice a week to discuss what is being done and define the next steps. We just have to thank for the excellent initiative of Paulo Ribeiro teacher to propose a task like this. It was of extreme importance to the intellectual and personal development of members, so that we develop not only theoretical knowledge but also the sense of responsibility, creativity and commitment.
O Photovoltree entra no seu estágio final. Após quatro meses desde que o professor Paulo Ribeiro nos confiou a missão de desenvolver um projeto relacionado à engenharia elétrica, é o momento de dar os últimos retoques.
Para melhor aproveitamento do pouco tempo que nos resta até a apresentação final, a equipe foi dividida em pequenos grupos: cálculo do dimensionamento e otimização das placas fotovoltaicas, compilação do trabalho em um relatório e oferecimento de uma maior visibilidade do projeto através do blog e página do Facebook. Além disso, o contato com os fornecedores de placas, para efeito de um estudo de viabilidade, está sendo executado. Visando o total empenho dos integrantes na finalização do trabalho, além da divisão explicitada acima, a equipe se reúne duas vezes por semana a fim de debater o que está sendo feito e definir os próximos passos.
Só temos que agradecer pela excelente iniciativa do professor Paulo Ribeiro em nos propor uma tarefa como essa. Foi de extrema importância para o crescimento intelectual e pessoal dos membros, fazendo com que desenvolvêssemos não só conhecimento teórico, mas também o senso de responsabilidade, criatividade e comprometimento.
